I love using my moment mat! It’s part of my regular practice to hike out in nature to deeply connect with the land, bringing tea, some cards, and my journal. I love hiking, then finding a spot to sit for a while, connecting with what is present for me. Before having my mat I brought a small tarp to sit on. This always felt obtrusive to the landscape I was sitting with, and not very comfortable! Using the moment mat has transformed these moments to feel even more sacred and fulfilling. With the moment mat, I become part of the alter, the mat holding the container for the sacred work of connecting with myself while being held by the land. I recommend the moment mat for anyone looking to add an extra bit of beautiful intentionality to their nature practice!

By far the best mat I’ve ever used! It’s so comfortable and has just enough weight without being super heavy. I love that I don’t have to worry about my hands and feet sliding slowly depending on what yoga position I’m in. I also have the Refresh & Renew spray (the scent is wonderful) and the strap, which can be used for deep stretching and a carrying strap. Highly recommend Moment Mats!
